Motohiro Miki
Ethnic Izakaya Owner ChefMotohiro Miki, from Osaka, transitioned from apparel sales to the food industry, opening an okonomiyaki restaurant in Tokyo in 2010. He expanded his culinary repertoire with a ramen shop, wine bar, and training at a Michelin-starred French restaurant. In 2022, Motohiro launched Beer and Spice Kikuya, offering Asian-inspired dishes and craft beers. He also develops seasonings and consults on corporate menus, blending creativity and expertise to deliver innovative dining experiences.
